This website does not currently provide account registration, login, file uploads, quotation forms or on-site payment. It does not proactively collect enquiry information, project materials or payment information through those functions.

The website introduces services and provides an authorized WeChat contact and business email. It is not a customer project-management, upload or online-production platform.

Technical information when visiting

To deliver pages, maintain security and investigate faults, hosting, network and security infrastructure may automatically process IP addresses, device and browser types, access times, requested pages and basic access logs, and may set necessary security cookies.

The exact scope and retention period depend on provider configuration, security needs and applicable law. This notice does not make an absolute promise that no information is collected.

Contact through WeChat or email

When a user contacts Hevim through its authorized WeChat account identified in the order or through the business email, Hevim may receive account names, email addresses, other contact details, intended use, content direction, available materials and communication records voluntarily supplied by the user.

This information is used only to respond, communicate about projects, perform contracts and provide necessary after-sales support. A communication platform's own processing is governed by the rules it presents to its users.

Project materials and authorization

Scripts, images, video, likeness, voice and other formal project materials are submitted through the authorized WeChat account specified in the order, not collected, stored or displayed through this website or an unavailable mini program. Scope, purpose, method, retention and deletion must be agreed in the electronic project agreement or separate authorization.

This notice is not project authorization. Where facial or voice biometric information is involved, Hevim will explain necessity and potential impact during contracting and obtain clear, documented separate consent or authorization. Customers must ensure that rights holders and recorded or cloned persons are informed and properly authorized.

Before project scope is confirmed, users should avoid sending unrelated sensitive personal information or third-party materials without lawful authorization.

Third-party technical services

After project confirmation, authorized image, video, likeness or voice materials may be processed by third-party technical providers to complete digital presenter, voice or video production.

The provider, purpose, method, information categories, retention and deletion, and methods for exercising rights will be specified in the project agreement, privacy supplement or separate authorization. The legal characterization depends on the actual arrangement and formal contract.

Provision, retention and security

Hevim does not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers or project-confirmed technical providers may process information where necessary for hosting, security or production. Other disclosures follow user authorization, project agreements or legal requirements.

Retention periods follow the processing purpose, project agreement and applicable requirements. Hevim applies management and security measures appropriate to the information and risk, but no network transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
