Materials and rights

Customers must have lawful rights to all supplied text, images, video, voice, likeness, trademarks and other materials. Custom presenters and specified or cloned voices require project-specific authorization.

Revisions and delivery

Scope, preview method, feedback milestones, revisions, schedule, file format and usage rights follow the quote, contract and project confirmation documents. Preview versions may carry an identifier where required.

01Can I enquire without a complete script?

Yes. Start with the topic, intended use, factual source material and available assets. Hevim will assess the appropriate content and production approach, subject to confirmed project documents.

02Do I have to use an AI presenter?

No. Depending on the content, the project can use an AI presenter, customer-supplied real presenter footage, or a material-led or news-format approach without a fixed presenter.

03How do I choose public or custom presenters and voice options?

They are production conditions for specific deliverable paths. Available options, material requirements and authorization will be explained during project confirmation.

04How are materials submitted after we agree to work together?

After the proposal, quote, contract, payment and authorization are confirmed, materials and requirements are submitted through the Hevim-authorized WeChat account specified in the order. Preview, feedback, revision confirmation and delivery are also coordinated manually.
