Website purpose and operator
This website is operated by 杭州赫维明科技有限公司 to introduce Hevim and its publicly available managed AI presenter production service. It is not a production tool for customer registration, learning or self-service use, and it does not handle project uploads, progress tracking, acceptance or file downloads.
This page is public service information and does not replace an electronic agreement, project order or other project document signed by both parties.
Default service scope
Project staff manage requirement clarification, content organization, presenter and voice direction, production revisions and final delivery confirmation. After the customer explains the need and provides available materials, production proceeds within the agreed scope.
Managed production means that project staff manage the content and video production process. Unless separately agreed, it does not include publishing through customer accounts, media buying, full account operation or performance guarantees.
Current cooperation and delivery channel
Current projects are coordinated manually through a WeChat account authorized in writing by Hevim and identified in the order. The contact is Gabe. Proposals, quotations, contract payment, authorization, material submission, previews, consolidated feedback, revision confirmation and final delivery follow the agreed project process. Payment details are provided only during order confirmation.
This website and any mini program are not currently used for project uploads, progress tracking, acceptance or downloads. If a different self-serve creative service is launched in the future, separate terms and privacy information will be published when that service becomes genuinely available.
Project documents control
The actual scope, quotation, schedule, revision arrangement, delivery format, license scope and other conditions are determined by project communications and signed project documents. Anything not confirmed in those documents is not part of the default service scope.
If this page conflicts with a signed project document, the project document controls.
Presenter, voice and synthetic-content labels
Availability, production method and authorization boundaries for public or custom digital presenters, public voices and voice cloning are confirmed for each project. Where facial or voice biometric information is involved, Hevim will explain necessity and potential impact during contracting and obtain clear, documented separate consent or authorization. Customers must also ensure that recorded or cloned persons are informed and properly authorized.
Visible labels, embedded metadata and delivery methods for generated or synthetic content follow applicable law, mandatory national standards, technology-provider rules and the agreed project scope. Customers must not remove, alter, forge or conceal labels required by law or platform rules, and must fulfill disclosure and labeling obligations when publishing.
Technical services and information processing
Third-party technical services may be used for digital presenter, voice or video synthesis under an agreed project plan. The recipient or processor, purpose, method, information categories, retention and deletion arrangements, and methods for exercising rights will be specified in the electronic project agreement or separate authorization.
The legal characterization of this processing depends on the actual arrangement and formal contract. This public information does not decide that characterization in advance or replace required project-specific consent.
Customer-provided materials
Customers must ensure that text, images, video, likeness, voice, trademarks and other materials are lawfully sourced and properly authorized for production, editing, synthesis, delivery and agreed use.
Customers must not provide material that infringes lawful rights or violates applicable law. Questions about rights, scenarios or authorization scope must be disclosed and resolved before production begins.
Contact and updates
Questions about service boundaries, authorization or project documents can be directed to Gabe through the service page. This page may be updated as the public service scope or applicable rules change.
